Automotive Compliance Limited's permissions as a Principal Firm allow Bobi.car Limited to act as a credit broker, not a lender, for the introduction to Evolution Funding Limited trading as My Car Credit.
We are a credit broker and not a lender. We will only introduce you to My Car Credit who has access to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. Both firms are not impartial and are free to prefer their own interests. We are not an independent financial adviser and don't give you any advice or recommendations. It is your choice whether you enter into any finance agreement.
Interest rates will either be fixed based on the lender or based on your credit score. Fixed rates are determined by our contractual agreements, and we cannot change this rate. Credit score-based rates are pre-set but are also linked to your individual credit rating. Typically, the higher your credit score, the lower the APR you will receive from a lender.
We will receive a commission for introducing you to My Car Credit. This will be a fixed percentage of the commission amount that My Car Credit receives from the lender. The amount of commission is predetermined by the commercial relationship between My Car Credit and the lender, and cannot be changed for your agreement.
Before we propose you to My Car Credit, we will seek your consent to receiving this commission. You will be advised of the likely commission amount in good time before you sign your finance agreement. My Car Credit will also confirm the amount of commission that they receive.
We do not charge a fee for making the introduction to My Car Credit however the commission received by both parties impacts the amount you pay.
